Henry is an 11-year-old Olde English Bulldog with a heart as big as his snooze schedule. This distinguished gentleman is looking for a forever home where he can bask in the sun and perfect his craft as a professional sleeper. He’s happy to be around cats, small to medium dogs (he doesn’t seem to get along well with the big guys) and kids, and enjoys a soft bed and warm blanket to snuggle in.
While Henry is a fairly mellow guy, he does resource guard—especially when it comes to treats and bones. He’ll thrive in a home that understands his boundaries and lets him enjoy his meals and treats on his own. Henry will also require ongoing veterinary care to address some long term concerns. As an older guy, he moves around slowly and sometimes needs a boost to get where he’s going.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.
Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
