Hello!
My name is Sycamore! I was found in a park with a broken jaw, but I’m healing well and getting stronger every day. Volunteers are working hard to help me socialize. I pretend not to care… but if you don’t make eye contact, I might just lean in for a sneaky little pet. I’m the kind of cat who likes to coexist peacefully, if you enjoy sharing your space with a calm, quiet presence, we might be a perfect match. If you offer unlimited food and hand-fed churu treats, I will… eventually… (sigh) tolerate you. Maybe even like you someday, but let’s not rush things. If you’re looking for a low-key companion with big “let me vibe” energy, I’d love a home where I can feel safe, respected, and adored from a distance (at least at first).

Interview

Once we have received your application, a team member will contact you to discuss your adoption inquiry and desired pet!

3.
Meet the Pet

An arrangement is made with you to meet the adoptable rescue, followed by home visit. During the visit, we'll discuss tips for rescue pets.

4.
Approve Application

A team member will contact you upon adoption approval and send our adoption contract along.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

All adoptions are made official with a signed contract & donation fee.

6.
Home Check

We'll work with you to arrange the pick up or drop off of your new furry best friend!

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process was designed to help ensure that we select the best homes for our animals.

Adoption Fees to Support Our Non-Profit Rescue:
Puppies (under 12 months) - $400
Adult dogs (over 12 months) - $350
Kittens (under 12 months) - $175
2 kittens (because 2 are better than 1 :) - $300
Adult cats (over 12 months) - $150

The adoption donation helps to offset part of the veterinary care and temporary boarding costs of the adopted pet.

Any additional donation is greatly appreciated and will hep us to continue our lifesaving work!
