My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hazel — the adorable little plot twist life keeps sending back our way. This is her third cameo in our care over the last two years, and honestly… she deserves a season finale with a happy ending already.

Her journey?
• Round 1: Arrived injured, got adopted.
• Round 2: Went on a mini adventure, got loose, owner came back.
• Round 3: Her most recent owner — a homeless man who truly adored her — has been hospitalized and can’t care for her anymore.
Through it all, Hazel has stayed sweet, steady, and full of heart.

Now she’s running out of time, and we’re hoping someone sees just how special she is.

Hazel is leash-up-and-go perfection. No jumping, no mouthing, no “notice me!!” chaos — just a polite, gentle girl who loves her walkies and enjoys a good sniff around the yard at her own pace.

In playgroups, she’s a total gem. She vibes beautifully with gentle, playful male and female dogs and would shine brightest in a semi-active home that gives her a nice mix of fun and chill.

Hazel’s story has had enough plot twists. Let’s give her the stable, loving chapter she’s been waiting for. 💛🏡
