Meet Muffin — the Sweetest Little Wallflower
Muffin is a beautiful black-and-white baby girl with the softest fur and the most soulful golden eyes. She may look tiny, but her gentle heart is huge.
This sweet kitten is very shy and timid, and she’s looking for a patient, understanding adopter who will let her bloom at her own pace. Muffin does best in a calm, quiet home where she can feel safe while she slowly builds confidence. With time, soft voices, and gentle encouragement, she’ll start showing you her tender side — the little purrs, the cautious nose-boops, and the quiet trust that feels like a gift.
Muffin isn’t the type to demand attention; instead, she’s the kind of companion who bonds deeply once she realizes she’s truly safe. She’s perfect for someone who appreciates a slow, meaningful connection and finds joy in helping a timid kitten grow brave.

Please note the following will be performed on all animals prior to adoption:
Microchip
Spay/Neuter (unless medically unable at time of adoption, in which case this will be discussed)
Heartworm Testing (dogs); FELV/FIV Testing (cats)
Age appropriate CORE vaccines. Dhpp, Rabies (if old enough)-dog; CVR, Rabies (if old enough) - cat - WE DO NOT ADMINISTER BORDETELLA unless indicated. PLEASE NOTE- puppies and kittens may need to complete vaccination schedule depending on age at time of adoption.
Dewormed
All breeds are best guess from veterinarian based on physical exam. All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources. Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found! Our organization is operated 100% by volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.

Submit Application
You will not be able to meet one of our animals without having first completed an adoption application. We will review and vet check.
Home Check
If you live too far for a home visit, we will ask you to submit a video tour of your home.
Approve Application
If approved, you will receive an approval notification via e-mail. You will be contacted by the foster home to schedule a meet & greet.
Meet the Pet
During your meet and greet Rescue Outreach will decide if you are a good fit for the animal- and if the animal is a good fit for you.
Sign Adoption Contract
If everyone is a good fit, you will be able to adopt! Many times adoptions can take place the same day as your meet and greet!!
