🐾 Meet Quinton – A Handsome, Distinguished Gentleman 🐾
Quinton is a striking tabby with white markings who arrived at the shelter with his two siblings after their owner’s schedule kept him away from home for long periods. Now Quinton is ready for a new chapter where he can enjoy plenty of companionship, comfort, and steady routines.
He previously lived with other cats, and while we don’t know his experience with dogs or kids, he has been warm and welcoming with staff from the very beginning. We’re still getting to know his full personality, but he approaches new people with confidence and seems happy to make new friends.
✨ Quick Facts About Quinton: • Adult male tabby with white markings • Lived with other cats • Friendly and easy to engage with • Dogs/kids: Unknown • Adjusting well to shelter life and eager for a home
Quinton carries himself with calm assurance and a gentle presence, making him a wonderful match for someone looking for a steady, companionable cat. He’s ready to settle into a home where he can share peaceful moments, good company, and a soft place to nap.

More about this shelter
The Humane Society of Barron County is a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter serving Barron County and surrounding areas.
Established in 1978 by a small but dedicated group of core volunteers, the HSBC started out with these volunteers taking animals into their own homes and advertising the need for forever homes for these animals. Over the years, since this humble beginning the HSBC has grown into the organization that it is today. From the homes of volunteers, relying on fundraising and the generous donations of our community, we have grown into and remain in our home on Guy Avenue in Barron.
HSBC is operated by a small staff and relies heavily on volunteers, as well as funds from donations, adoptions, memberships and fundraisers to keep our doors open for the animals needing our assistance.
We sincerely thank you for making this possible.
