Billy is the cutest little 8-month-old you`ve ever seen! This guy has been through a lot in his kittenhood, including having all of his teeth removed...but hey, no need for future dental care and he still eats dry food like a champ! Playtime and cat friends are the two easiest ways to Billy`s heart. Billy has also lived with dogs in his previous foster home.
