Rags is an adorable older fella who has had a very rough life.He was pulled from a shelter in deplorable condition but it never stopped him from being the loving, cuddly boy he is today. Rags did have an eye removed and a complete dental which has left him with few teeth. He is neutered, vaccinated and heartworm negative. Rags loves to play with other dogs his size. He is very social and would love to sit in your lap or sleep in your bed. His hair is very soft like a poodle. Rags is located in a foster home in Charlottesville Va.
