Meet the Pet
MEET RIDGE - A PERFECT LITTLE COMPANION! (located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL)
This little guy has just come into our care - an owner surrender. He's cute as a button, and one of the best behaved dogs I have EVER fostered; doesn't bark, doesn't beg, can dance on his hind legs for treats - loves EVERYONE, gives nibble kisses, loves to play, loves other dogs (big & small), loves cats AND kids, comes when he is called AND loves being on your lap!
He is about 16 months old - and full grown at 6 lbs. - The breeder's papers say he is a Blue Shih Tzu. He is up to date on all vaccines, chipped and recently neutered!
Due to an old injury, he does have dry eye which requires drops daily. But he has a calm demeanor and lets you administer the drops with ease.
He is not totally housebroken - but in a home with less activity and more one-on-one time, we are confident he can be trained.

NOTE: Adoption fees are applied towards the vet bill: exam, blood tests, vaccinations, fecal, worming, spay/neuter, and microchip. There is rarely anything left over, but if that happens, the monies get applied to the next or previous pet- who may have had to have an x-ray, be groomed or have a dental.
