My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Alice — the little miracle who went from hiding on a church stoop to shining like the happy pup she was always meant to be. After weeks of gentle patience, Alice finally decided the world was safe — and now she greets each day with tail wags, and smiles. This 3-year-old, 50-lb shepard mix is the perfect blend of sweet and silly. She loves being around kids and women, and while she takes a few minutes to warm up to men, once she trusts you she’s all in for belly rubs and snuggle time.
Alice would be happiest in a home with calm, respectful pups or as an only dog soaking up all the attention. She has even been parrot-approved, and could live with a dog-savvy, confident cat.
She comes with all the best credentials:
✅ crate trained
✅ spayed & microchipped
✅ up-to-date on vaccines
✅ leash manners (with enthusiastic input on squirrel sightings)
✅ supermodel status confirmed
Alice loves walks, enjoys exploring the world at your side, and would make a loyal, gentle companion for a family who will give her the safety she worked so hard to find. If you’re ready to show her that happily-ever-after is real, Alice is ready to fall in love. 💛🐶
