DOB: 12/29/2019 Weight: 94 lbs

Kaia is a shy and affectionate girl who loves to chase after a ball. She's house and crate-trained and doesn't mind other dogs. She's not been around children but doesn't display behaviors that would lead us to believe she wouldn't do well with them. Kaia is very cuddly and would do well in a quiet home since lots of commotion makes her nervous. She's spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention.

We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period. Our Purpose is:
