My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Eloise loves people and kids and is a total cuddler. She’s never had issues with humans, though she may cower from unfamiliar men or run from the doorbell. She won’t jump baby gates or our 3-ft fence. She barks outside just to say hello and never steals food. She greets with nose boops instead of jumping and loves getting in the pool.

We raised her with our cats and small dog, and she was great until about age two. Then she suddenly went after our small dog over lap attention. After repeated incidents, we separated them. She later began targeting our cats—sometimes ignoring them, other times lunging and clamping down if they slip past the gate. We’ve managed this for two years with strict routines and separation, but the behavior has worsened, so she now wears a soft muzzle indoors and a shock collar. She would do wonderfully in a home with large dogs and no cats. Her Instagram is @eloise_the_pyrenees
