She’s still learning that people can be safe and kind, so she’ll need a patient, calm home that understands the magic of going slow. Give her a little time, a soft place to land, and some steady reassurance, and you’ll start to see her true personality peek through — and oh, does she shine.
Comet may be shy at first, but once she feels secure, the love flows freely. She’s sweet, loyal, and quietly affectionate, the kind of dog who will eventually become that cherished shadow who follows you everywhere… just at her own pace.

Hay Dude Equine Rescue, in Boerne, TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs, are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, microchipped, heartworm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
