Orange, fluffy, and full of personality, Heidi is a purr machine with playful streaks that will melt your heart. She’s always up for a game, whether it’s chasing toys or climbing to the highest vantage point in the room. Heidi is affectionate, exuberant, and knows how to keep spirits high with her constant cuddles.

I am BFFs with my sister Cindy - we do everything together! We love each other and would prefer to stay together!

Submit Application

Start by submitting an application for the either the pet you’re interested in or characteristics you are looking for.

2.
Approve Application

We’ll review your application and reach out to you with any questions or to discuss next steps.

3.
Meet the Pet

Once approved, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the pet and see if it’s a good fit for your home.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If you decide to move forward, you’ll sign an adoption agreement to confirm your commitment.

5.
Pay Fee

Our adoption fee helps support our rescue efforts and goes towards the cost of vetting and caring for the animals in care.

6.
Take the Pet Home

You can bring your new companion home!

Adoption fees go towards the cost of care:

Puppies under 6 months: $300
Dogs over 6 months: $250

Kittens under 6 months: $150
Cats over 6 months: $100

All of our animals are lovingly cared for in foster homes, ensuring they receive the individual attention they deserve. Once we receive your application, we’ll reach out to discuss the animal and arrange a visit at our office or a location that works for you.

Footbridge Foundation a dedicated tax-exempt nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal rescue based in San Antonio, Texas. Since our founding in 2017, our mission has been to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving forever homes for cats and dogs in need.
