Doug came to us after his human sadly passed away. He had lived with his human since he was a young pup and was a well-loved family member.
Doug is a friendly and gentle guy with everyone he meets — both human and canine! True to his breed, he loves human affection, leaning in for a good rear pet or ear scratch.
Doug is doing well in his foster home and has been very respectful and adaptable with his foster doggie sister. He is a quiet and loyal companion with his foster mom, hanging on the patio while she does yard work nearby. Doug is a great sleeper and lets out a good snore and a moan for a particularly good slumber. Doug is looking for his forever human/s to provide him the loving home he knew and loved in his previous family. He will give back in spades!
