My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I'm a little bundle of joy who loves nothing more than chasing toys, pouncing on strings, and showing off my playful side. Every day feels like an adventure, and I'm always ready to turn even the smallest thing into a game. But once my energy is spent, I'm just as quick to curl up in your lap and melt into gentle pets, purring with all the love I can give. I'm the perfect mix of lively fun and affectionate sweetness, ready to brighten both your days and your heart.

More about this shelter

Established in 1929, Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) offers quality adoptions, affordable spaying/neutering, vaccinations and microchipping services, pet care services and education programs to enhance the human-animal bond. HSSV operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are the first organization in the country to meet the guidelines put forth by the Association of Shelter Veterinarians for standards of care for shelter animals: We are the first model shelter.

We are also the first animal community center in the nation to receive Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Our mission is to save lives, keep families together, and create a better future for pets and their people.

Our vision is a world where all animals can thrive, all people experience the magic of the human-animal bond, and all families are able to care for their pets.
