Poppy is a medium-to-large breed mix who started her life living under a porch with her mom and siblings. Even though she didn’t have the easiest beginning, this little girl has so much love to give. Her mom is heartworm positive and undergoing treatment in Louisiana, and she’ll be heading our way around January after she’s all finished.
Poppy’s estimated birthday is August 15, 2025, and she’s already showing what a smart, sweet girl she is—puppy-pad trained, up to date on shots, and growing fast. When she reaches about 6 months old, she will be fixed, and the rescue will cover the cost at Auglaize Animal Hospital in Wapakoneta.
She’s playful, snuggly, resilient, and full of personality. If you’re looking for a puppy who will melt your heart and fill your home with joy, Poppy is waiting to meet you! 💛🐾✨

The first step to adopting a pet is to fill out an application to get pre-approved to adopt. Once approved we can setup a meet and greet or you can adopt at any of our events.

We are a 501c3 foster based rescue. We rescue from all over the United States. Our goal is to save as many dogs and cats as possible and place them into foster homes until they are able to be placed into their loving forever homes.
