Karma is 7 years old and affectionate in her own way. She's independent but likes being near her person- usually curled up on a lap, chest, or in the same room. She's playful and curious, enjoys feather toys and bird videos, and loves finding the warmest sunny spot in the apartment. She's a gentle cat overall, and she can be shy at first with new people, but warms up quickly and enjoys being petted once she feels comfortable.
Since I adopted her, Karma has developed chronic constipation and has a history of occasional UTIs and urinary crystals, both of which have improved with her current diet and medication. She has a consistent care plan and takes her medication easily when followed by a treat. She can be picky, but she consistently loves chicken-flavored options like Tiki Cat's soft-chew treats or Bonkers freeze-dried chicken pops.
She also has a sensitive stomach and a tendency to over-groom certain areas when stressed, but neither happens very often.
