Stan is a friendly, happy boy looking for his furever home. He currently weighs 23 lbs and is a strong boy. He acts nervous and shy when meeting new people but quickly warms up and shows his true personality. He is great around other dogs and loves to play. He is house trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. He will do well in a variety of environments. He is a quick learner ready for any new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. More about this rescue

Paws Above is a small foster based rescue that operates in the Greater Toronto Area. It was founded by Ola Zalewski. Ola has been caring for and training dogs her whole adult life, 20 years! She runs a successful dog daycare business out of King City. She is most passionate however when it comes to homeless dogs. She has been rescuing and rehoming dogs for as long as she has been training them. She specializes in taking in dogs with challenges, we work on their issues and match them up with the perfect family. She saves dogs in Canada and also rescues from abroad. If there is a dog in need and we are able, Paws Above will help out!
