January Valentine is my newest foster from Russell Rescue TN.

If you’ve been wishing for more love, laughter, and wagging tails in the new year… your Christmas miracle has arrived!
This beautiful girl came to us *terrified* in boarding, but once she settled into her foster home she shattered a rescue record — she initiated play time all on her own in no time! That’s right… January found her sparkle fast!
She’s **SMART**, silly, sweet, playful, cuddly, and such a quick learner. She’s already mastered the doggy door and is *so* close to perfecting her potty training — just working on that festive little bell cue!
At night she’ll snooze in her crate like an angel, but she’d 100% prefer to snuggle up and keep you warm like the world’s cutest living blanket.
January would thrive as your one-and-only as long as she gets your love and some regular doggie friends to play with. But she’d also be totally jolly with dog siblings! (Not cat tested yet.)
She’s a bit bouncy — think reindeer-in-training energy — so experienced, resilient kiddos will love her joyful spirit.

She is going to bring loads of love and laughter to a lucky family.
This girl was absolutely terrified in boarding, but she beat a rescue record when she initiated play with Mazzie after only a short time in our home.
She is SMART, super sweet, playful, and loving.
She’s a quick learner. She has mastered the dog door and is close to nailing her potty training… we are just working on the bell cue.
She sleeps in a crate at night but would much rather cuddle with you!
January would do fine as an only dog as long as she has your attention and friends to play with regularly. She’d also be quite jolly with siblings. Not cat tested.
She’s a bit bouncy, so if your kids are resilient and experienced with dogs, they’ll be best buds in no time.
She’s a leggy 20ish lbs and I expect she will fill out around 25 lbs.
