Meet Eva! Located at our NorthEast Belles Buds Hub (NY)
This adorable little girl was found the same day and in the same park as Parker — just minutes apart. Two different Good Samaritans, same heartbreaking spot… and two lives saved because people stepped in with love.
Eva is a happy, wiggly, full-of-life sweetheart who barely stays still long enough for a picture . She’s now safe in one of our amazing BBR foster homes, learning what it means to be loved and cared for.
We’re currently reviewing applications, and while she waits for her perfect family, Eva will be getting everything she needs:
Full vaccines
Spay surgery
General vetting & wellness care
Just like Parker, she came to us with zero vetting — and we could really use some help covering their medical needs so we can continue saying “yes” to dogs like them.

We are foster based so once you find a pet either online or at one of our adoption events please submit an application bit.ly/BellesBudsApp
Interview
Once the application is processed we will set up a phone interview and meet and greet (depending on your location).
Meet the Pet
Once the application is approved, we will set up a meet and greet. This varies either at your house, with your pet, or at fosters house.
Home Check
We require either a home video/pictures or a home visit.
Sign Adoption Contract
If all goes well with application and meet and greet and we determine your home is the right fit for the dog, we have a contract to sign.
Pay Fee
Our adoption fee goes towards the dogs vetting. All dogs leave fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered (if old enough)
