My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hudson is in a foster home searching for his forever family! If you are interested in meeting him, copy, paste, and complete the link below. This will be sent to the foster family for follow-up:

You can also call or text the Lifesaving Team at 864-467-3985.

Hudson is a gentle, quiet boy who has been steadily gaining confidence in foster care. He starts off nervous with new people and environments but warms up with time and patience—and once he does, he’s incredibly cuddly and affectionate. Hudson prefers human attention over toys or treats and is happiest relaxing near his person. He’s best suited for a calm, understanding home that can help him continue building confidence at his own pace.

—Best suited for: Either house or apartment
—Training: Partially housetrained with continued progress; not treat- or toy-motivated; very people-focused
—Alone time: 4–5 hours; loose in the house; may bark briefly when his person leaves
—Leash manners: Not leash-trained yet
—Energy level: Medium; becoming more energetic but still enjoys calm downtime
—Personality: Affectionate, Gentle, Quiet, Chill, Sensitive
—Favorite activities: Cuddling, Exploring and sniffing around
—Fun facts: Extremely cuddly; prefers affection over food or toys; has become noticeably more confident since week one

Adoption includes vaccines, deworming, flea treatment, microchip, heartworm test, and spay/neuter.
