My foster writes: Quoth the feline - "adopt Ghoul!" This long-haired man is true to his name in that he blends with the shadows, he is not often seen, and he comes out when the lights are off. Ghoul is still getting used to his foster home but he's made fast friends with the resident cat. They play when people aren't around and they talk to each other. Ghoul's meow is alarming but it's okay, he just sounds like that.
My Foster writes: Ghoul is a brave boy who is getting over some initial nervousness with his new surroundings. He is absolutely a loverboy who wants nothing more than a friendly feline companion. He's chatty and loves calling out to find his kitty pal.
My foster writes:
Ghoul takes after his name - he is quiet as a ghost and mostly comes out at night to play. Ghoul is still very shy needs someone who is going to be patient and take things at his pace.
What my friends at ACC say about me:
Ghoul tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
A volunteer writes: Ghoul's as glamorous as can be, but hasn't felt much like leaning into it at the moment. Snuggled up on the corner of his perch with his big fluffy tail wrapped around him like a scarf, Ghoul's going to do things on Ghoul's time and that sounds just fine to us. He was brought to us with other cats when their guardian passed away and Care Center life just hasn't proven to be his style as of yet. This means we have to do a little extra to figure out who Ghoul is and wants to be. Toys and outstretched hands offering pets haven't interested him much, but Ghoul happily snacks on treats when he has a moment to himself. We'll be cheering Ghoul on every step of the way until he gets to meet you.
