My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi… I’m Buddy. I’m still learning to be brave enough to introduce myself. My life changed suddenly when the person I trusted left me behind. I didn’t understand why, and I still get a little scared and confused sometimes. Everything feels big and unfamiliar, and I’m a quiet boy who’s just trying to find a safe place to rest my heart again. But even though I’m shy, I want to trust. I want soft voices, slow movements, and someone who will let me come out of my shell at my own pace. I dream of a peaceful home where I can curl up somewhere cozy and feel the kind of comfort I haven’t felt in a long time. If you have a calm space and a gentle soul, I think we could be exactly what each other needs. With patience and love, I know I can become the Buddy my name promises—a loyal, grateful companion who will never stop appreciating the second chance you gave me.
