My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What if your perfect match is a gentle tortie who just needs a little time to shine? Meet APACHE!

This 1-year-old tortie sweetheart has a heart made of sunshine… she just needs a little time before she lets you see it. She may start off shy, quietly watching from a cozy corner, but once she trusts you? She melts. Completely!

Apache is the definition of a soft, affectionate soul. She leans into your hand, closes her eyes with the sweetest little purrs, and loves soaking up gentle cuddles. She’s the kind of cat who chooses her person - and when she chooses you, you’ll feel it in every slow blink, every nuzzle, and every moment she curls up beside you. Apache loves deeply and quietly, and she’s looking for someone who will give her the patience and love she needs to truly bloom.

Apache may do well in a home with other animals as long as proper, slow introductions are performed!

Apache is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, and FIV/FeLV negative.

If you’re searching for a cat who will adore you with her whole shy-but-sweet heart, Apache is waiting! For any additional information or questions, please contact the shelter at wausharacoanimalshelter@gmail.com or (920) 279-9795.
