This ~8-month-old, 25 lb mini lab mix is searching for her safe, steady, forever person. She’s had a tough start and is especially wary of people, so she needs someone who will be patient, understanding, and dedicated to slowly introducing her to new people and environments at her pace.
Despite her scared beginnings, Tovi is an absolute sweetheart once she feels secure. With time and trust, her cuddly, goofy, affectionate side shines through.
She’s already made incredible progress during the 1.5 months she’s been in foster. A confident dog friend in the home would help her continue to blossom and show her that the world isn’t so scary after all.
I just want to find the perfect person who will keep building her trust, confidence, and sense of safety. ❤️

We have an application contract (plus an adoption fee) and a process to find the very best match between a pet and their adopter. We want both you and our dog(s)/cat(s) to be happy with the match.
ARRF will always spay/neuter all pets prior to adoption as well as give them all shots and provide any medical treatment necessary to make sure they are healthy to the best of our ability and knowledge.
