Canelo is an approximately 8-year-old poodle mix who exhibits a youthful and energetic personality, characterized by his increased activity levels and a strong desire for attention. He has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on all vaccinations, which are excellent indicators of his good health and readiness for a new home. Despite his bright demeanor, Canelo's previous living conditions were less than ideal; he was having accidents inside, so he was left outside.

Canelo thrives on close human contact and shows a particular comfort and affinity for being around children. His preference for intimacy and attention makes him a wonderful candidate for a family environment that can provide frequent, positive interactions. Given his exuberance, a home with older children who understand dog behavior and boundaries will be the best fit, helping to prevent unintentional overwhelm or inappropriate play.
