Meet Maverick — The Smart, Soft-Hearted Sidekick You’ve Been Waiting For!
Maverick is a 1-year-old, 47-pound Shepherd mix who wandered in as a lost pet, and while we don’t know his past, we do know he’s ready for a brighter future. This sweet, neutered boy is a little shy at first, but once he realizes you’re one of the good ones, his confidence blossoms like crazy.
He’s super smart, observant, and eager to learn—classic Shepherd brains in a smaller, huggable package. Maverick seems to do well with other dogs and would likely enjoy a calm, friendly canine buddy to help him continue his glow-up journey.
If you’re looking for a gentle soul with a big heart, a bright mind, and the potential to become the best adventure partner ever, Maverick is your guy. He just needs someone patient, kind, and excited to watch him come out of his shell.
Come meet him and let him show you how special he really is.
He is available for adoption now! His adoption fee has been waived.
