I’m a Lab mix, a sweet male, and I’m almost a year old—just the right mix of playful puppy energy and growing-up smarts. I love making new friends, whether they’re humans or other pups, and my tail is pretty much always wagging.
I’m curious about everything, from squeaky toys to new trails to explore. I’m still learning some of my big-dog manners, but I’m eager to please and pick things up quickly, especially when treats are involved! I’m a happy, affectionate guy who enjoys playtime just as much as I enjoy a good nap near my favorite people.

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.
Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!
Please note, we are currently scheduling either in-person OR virtual visits, depending on the animal and the situation.
Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
