Mickey lives up to the cane corso breed and is a great protector. Because of this, he will be suspicious of all strangers at first. Care must be taken at first introduction but after a few minutes, he will let them know if they can pet him. He can be around children (we have 6 and 10 year old boys) but you must be careful to make sure they dont sneak up on him and do anything to make him on edge. I believe he could be around other dogs as he does not act aggressive towards dogs but also, care must be taken as he is big and powerful. He is very well trained on an e-collar(sit, down, heel, place, come, off). Mickey is a very chill dog. He will go on walks and play but is definitely not an endurance dog. Mickey has a brother, Mario, that we are rehoming also.
