Meet Wrigley Westbrook!
Say hello to Wrigley Westbrook, a 1-year-old, 6-pound Chiweenie with a big zest for life packed into a tiny body! This cheerful little guy has come a long way since being rescued from a home with more than 30 dogs living in very poor conditions. Thanks to the teamwork of several rescues (including ours!), Wrigley finally has the chance to enjoy the happy, healthy life he deserves.
Wrigley is housebroken, crate-trained, and learning how to use the doggy door like a champ. He’s still figuring out this whole leash-walking thing, but with his sharp mind and eagerness to please, he’s catching on quickly.
One of Wrigley’s favorite things in the world is playing outside — whether he’s chasing toys, exploring the yard, or just soaking up the sunshine, this little adventurer loves fresh air and freedom.
While Wrigley may be a bit timid when meeting new people, once he knows you’re a friend, his sweet personality shines through. He’s affectionate, silly, and loyal, and he loves nothing more than curling up next to someone he trusts after a fun day of play.
Wrigley Westbrook is ready to find a forever family who will show him patience, kindness, and all the love he’s been waiting for. In return, he’ll give you a lifetime of tail wags and heart-melting smiles.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting.
We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.
Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.

We do an in depth interview after the application is submitted. Then, references and vet records are checked to prove good animal stewardship. Next, the adopter does a video interview with the foster. Lastly, the adoption fee is payed, contract signed, and then the dog is transported to you!

Friends with Four Paws is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization formed to rescue animals in Oklahoma from imminent death by having mobile adoption locations and providing foster care for dogs and cats. Founded in 1998, we have matched thousands of dogs and cats with their perfect, forever homes, where they otherwise would have been sent to the Rainbow Bridge.
Our program has drastically changed throughout time, as many do. We get our animals from local municipal shelters and from the general public. Once they are in our program, they go to a foster for several weeks, get all of their veterinary work done, and are listed for adoption.
Our transport program allows us to move dogs through our system fairly quickly, which means we are able to save many lives. We LOVE our adopters, fosters and volunteers and would not be able to make the difference we make without them.
