Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! I`m Wilbur, a professional cuddle expert and aspiring home office companion. While I might not have a traditional 9-to-5 job, I take my role as a supportive feline colleague very seriously. My career goals include providing maximum comfort during Zoom meetings, strategically positioning myself near warm laptop keyboards, and offering gentle moral support through soft purrs and strategic head boops. In my professional life, I specialize in creating a serene work environment. My calm demeanor and gentle personality make me the ultimate stress-reduction specialist. Hire me now! How did I get here? Transferred from York County Animal Control where I came in as a stray.
**I have tested positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), but the good news is I can still live a long normal cat life! Speak with an adoption specialist for more information.**
~My adoption fee is $65.00.~

More about this rescue
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,500 animals through its innovative adoption programs.
The mission of the SPCA is to transform the lives of pets and people through protection, care, education, and adoption.
The SPCA of Wake County is a local, independent, non-profit organization that receives no government funding or tax dollars. We rely almost entirely on private donations to fund our annual operating budget of $3 million. The SPCA of Wake County is not affiliated with, nor do we receive funding from the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
