My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rufus!

Rufus is a loving, energetic, and endlessly happy guy who’s just over a year old. This 60-lb sweetheart is playful, social, and does wonderfully with other dogs. He’s been living in a foster home for the past four months with two active young boys who have kept him on his toes — and he’s loved every minute of it!

Rufus is kennel trained and happily sleeps in his bed through the night. He’s inquisitive, eager to learn, and responds beautifully to positive reinforcement. With the right guidance, he’ll continue to grow into an even more well-mannered companion.

He’ll thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of activity, enrichment, and fun. Rufus is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to start his next chapter with a family who will keep his tail wagging.

If you’re looking for a joyful, trainable adventure buddy, Rufus might just be your perfect match! 🐶💛
