My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roscoe was brought to our rescue after being found as a stray puppy along with his 2 brothers. They were malnourished and scared when they got here, but they all warmed up so quickly and became the sweetest, goofiest boys here! His 2 brothers were adopted and now Roscoe is left looking for his forever home.

Roscoe has been great with other dogs and people of all ages, including children. He has not been tested with cats yet, but we are able to test him if needed.

He is a super fun dog and is very energetic! He loves interacting with people and even knows a few commands! Roscoe can be very active if that's what you're looking for, but he will also hang out on the couch and snuggle up for a nap too! We feel like Roscoe would do well in any type of home and would make someone the perfect companion. If a well-rounded, playful, fun, and adorable pup is what you're looking for, Roscoe is your guy!

Roscoe is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative so he's ready to find his loving forever home!

Please contact our rescue if you are interested in adopting or fostering. We will schedule a day/time for you to meet our adoptable animals first.

If you decide to adopt or foster, we will provide an application to be approved. Once approved, an adoption or foster contract is signed.

If you are fostering, you will be provided with all necessary items for the pet (food, bowls, crate, collar, leash, etc.).

If adopting, we require an adoption fee that covers a portion of the cost of veterinary care. This is fully refundable for the life of the pet should the adoption fall through at any point. We will always take our pets back regardless of the situation.

More about this rescue

We started this organization to fill a need. Animals are being euthanized in astonishing numbers across the country simply due to overcrowding of shelters. It's heartbreaking! Our main focus is to pull these animals out of these high-kill facilities and place them in loving forever homes. We have several local fosters that are willing to provide temporary TLC for these pets while they are waiting for their "forever humans" to come along! We are also passionate about community education in areas of need. The pet overpopulation problem rests solely on the shoulders of humans and that is why more focus needs to be placed on educating people and making them more aware of the issue. We want to give as many animals as possible the chance they deserve, so that is why we founded Happy Landings Animal Rescue.
