My name is Ford: At shelter!

Ford is a handsome, tricolor hound with a wonderful temperament and an easygoing personality. At just 2 years old, he has the perfect mix of playful energy and calm companionship. Ford is neutered, great with other dogs, and very playful while still respecting other dogs’ boundaries. After playtime, he settles down quickly and enjoys relaxing with his people. One of Ford’s standout qualities is how much he adores children. He was especially gentle and patient with a dog-savvy three-year-old child in his foster home and clearly enjoys being part of a family. Ford is also a big fan of snuggling and loves being close to his humans. He adapted quickly to a new in-home environment, which tells us he’ll transition smoothly into a forever home. His recent adventure helped us learn more about the kind of home where he’ll thrive, and we’re confident he’ll make a fantastic family companion. He has been extremely tolerant of the cats around hm, and that makes him even more appealing! Ford is available for adoption
