My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Denver is a domestic shorthair black male who is almost 5 months old. He is currently in foster care with his siblings Diesel and Darcy.

Meet Denver, a delightful kitten with a zest for life that lights up any room. This young cat is the epitome of joy, boasting a sweet, friendly nature alongside a playful and energetic spirit. He’s outgoing, curious, and just a little sassy, giving him a personality that’s as fun as it is lovable.

Denver’s curiosity leads to amusing antics that are guaranteed to bring laughter and smiles to your home. He can be a bit goofy at times, which only makes him more endearing. He’s absolutely obsessed with wand toys and could play with them for hours, diving and leaping with boundless enthusiasm. While Denver certainly loves his food, he loves pets even more. As soon as you lay a hand on him, he bursts into loud, happy purrs, eager for affection and connection.

If you're looking for a fun loving companion who will keep you entertained and shower you with love, Denver is your perfect match. His readiness to explore, bond, and brighten your days makes him an ideal family pet.

Denver would like to go to a home with his sibling or to a home with a home with a young cat or dog friend to match his energy level.

Denver is neutered, microchipped, on parasite prevention, and vaccinated with RCCP and rabies. His adoption fee is $300 or $550 for a pair with his sibling. To apply, please submit an adoption application.

Additional adoption info

Most of our cats live in foster homes. Some are available to meet at satellite locations such as Pet Valu and Ren's Depot. A few foster homes are available to meet and greets at their home, or we also do meet and greets at request at our shelter prior to adoption. Most of these results in same day adoptions, and only take place after an adoption interview.
