My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

`Winnie is a loyal, loving, and wonderfully smart boy who brings both heart and joy into every room he enters. Fully housetrained and perfect on leash, he makes walks easy and enjoyable—even when he spots cats, he stays alert but well-behaved. He’s awesome with kids, especially his foster family’s seven-year-old, and shows his gentle nature every day. Winnie knows sit, shake, lay, and roll over, and he’s not a door-dasher—he waits patiently for his people and loves being part of the family’s daily routine.

This sweet boy has bursts of youthful energy that make playtime a blast, especially when tennis balls are involved. Once he’s had his fun, he’s happy to curl up for a nap or lean on you for some affection. Winnie communicates with his eyes—“Play with me… or at least pet me!”—and his actions match his big-hearted personality. If a child in the home cries, Winnie goes right to them, offering comfort and quiet companionship. He also loves a good belly rub and won’t hesitate to roll right over to request one.

Winnie’s ideal home is one that appreciates his loyalty and his desire to be close to his people. A family who enjoys throwing a ball, taking daily walks, and offering the occasional cuddle session would make him incredibly happy. Though youthful and playful, he’s also calm, dependable, and eager to please. With his affectionate nature, gentle manners, and unwavering devotion, Winnie will be a standout companion for anyone lucky enough to welcome him home.`
