Tucker is a sweet, shy young Mini Poodle who was released from a breeder and is still learning about the world.
He’s shy at first and gains confidence from having another friendly dog around, so a canine companion and a fenced yard are musts. His foster mom is working on his potty training, and he’s doing well.
He has also recently started enjoying chew bones—another sign he’s beginning to relax and feel comfortable. With patience and love, he’ll blossom into a wonderful companion.
A fenced yard for his safety is required.
I have been neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.
Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient. You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from 11am to 2:00 p.m. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
