Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey! My name is Charm. Earned that name rightfully so by the way, just come meet me and find out how charming I can be! I'm a 3.5 year old girl who's ready to take on life. I'm just here looking for my person to stay by my side to help me navigate this big world, and maybe throw me a treat or two along the way. I like to run and play with my people here at Woods. I have won the hearts of many here in yards or on walks, so if you're looking for a loving dog to fill your days with joy, that's me! I can't wait to meet you and show off my big heart. Come visit me at Woods Humane Society in San Luis Obispo - I'll be waiting with a wagging tail!
Primary Color: Black Brown Secondary Color: Brindle Weight: 52.9 Age: 3yrs 8mths 1wks

More about this shelter
Woods Humane Society, Inc. is a nonprofit, privately funded organization dedicated to the humane care of unwanted animals in San Luis Obispo County. Our Staff, volunteers, and board of directors are dedicated to upholding our Mission and preserving the welfare of our present and future animals.
While we cooperate with the State Humane Association of California, the American Humane Association, and The Humane Society of the United States, Woods does not receive financial support from them. Only 20% of our revenues to care for the animals are generated by service fees, the other 80% is generated from fund-raising events, grants, wills, and mainly community donations.
Woods Humane Society is proud to be a leader among the nation’s humane organizations. Thanks to loyal and broad-based community support, and the diligent efforts of our dedicated staff and volunteers, Woods placement rate averages 98%, an outstanding achievement.
None of this work could be completed without the incredible support of our community and our wonderful volunteers.
