Tessa was wandering the street with no collar, I held on to her until owner located.
Owner has other pets and di not want her back.
I placed her in our yard and my brother who is handicapped took to her immediately.
I thought this would be good for him, but it turns out she is too spirited for him. She needs more play time, walks, etc and this is what he can not do due to his disability.
We want her to have a great loving home, where she will play, run and fun.
