Fiyero is a 1 year old, male, Domestic Short Hair mixed breed looking for a foster or forever home. He is a very sweet boy that leans into every cuddle, seeks out warm laps, and settles in as though he’s been waiting for that moment all day. His sweetness is unmistakable and impossible not to adore. Quiet naps, gentle attention, and the comfort of close companionship seem to be the things he loves most. His feelings about other animals are still uncertain, but his calm nature suggests he may adapt with patience and care. Stop in and meet this absolute hunk. HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
1. Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.
2. We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
3. We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.

*We do not do same day adoptions.
*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in.
*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.

Unfortunately, due to past issues with landlords/housing/insurance, a restricted breed policy is in place for Bully breed/Pit Bull type dogs. This means that you must own your home and provide proof of homeownership to adopt a Bully breed/Pit Bull dog or puppy. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, it is necessary to help reduce the number of devastated dogs being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
