My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mom & Puppies — Tiny, Tucked In, and Still Growing!

The pups are brand-new babies who are still much too young for adoption. Right now, their days are filled with the very important work of newborn puppies—sleeping, snuggling, nursing, and growing stronger little by little with their mom.

Because they’re neonates, these pups need a safe, nurturing foster home where they can keep developing until they’re big enough, strong enough, and old enough to be adopted. They’re not ready for meet-and-greets just yet, but fostering is a wonderful way to help them through this fragile stage.

Why foster a puppy litter?

Fosters play a huge role in helping newborn puppies thrive. By opening your home, you’ll provide the warmth, care, and attention they need in these early weeks. And if you happen to fall in love with one (or more!) of these cuties, you’ll have the opportunity to adopt once they reach adoption age.

If you’re ready to help tiny pups grow healthy and confident—and maybe meet your future best friend in the process—consider joining our foster team. These puppies and their mom may already have a foster home lined up, but you can help create a safe space for another litter just like them.

Sign up to foster today and be part of the very beginning of a litter's story.

Additional adoption info

We strive for an open adoption process that helps you find the right pet for your family. We have standard adoption fees, but offer frequent adoption promotions with reduced adoption fees. During the adoption process there is a brief consultation with our Adoption Specialist and a short contract to sign prior to finalizing the adoption. Best Friends commits to the pets for life and we will take back the pet if they can no longer be cared for in your family. Adopters must be 18 years or older to adopt a pet.
