Candy is a rescue (March 2025) and one of the sweetest dogs ever. She was found injured by another animal and was swiftly taken to the emergency vet. There they learned she had heartworms and other worms and had not been vetted. Since that time she's been in a loving home with a mini Schnauzer. Candy has received all vaccinations and she went through a course of slow kill heartworm treatment. She won't be retested until January but the vet says that she's doing great and has made a full recovery. Candy is a beautiful chestnut colored red nose pitbull. She's 2 years old and full of fun. Since she's a pitbull, you know she is all muscle. She's a fast runner and loves to play. She loves to snuggle, too, and never meets a stranger. We haven't tried her with cats but I would imagine she'd be good with them. She's great with children and adults. Since she is so strong though I'd be cautious around younger children because she could easily knock them down.
