Sweetie is the definition of a people pleaser puppy. She’s incredibly smart and super easy to train, learning “sit”, “down”, “leave it” and “come” in just the few days she’s been here. She’s down for any and all adventures, as long as she can do them by your side. Checking the mail? She’s got you. Watering the flowers? On it. Farm chores? She’ll lead the way. She’s made best friends with all animals she’s met so far, big dogs, little dogs, cats, chickens, horses, basically if it’s got legs it’s her new best buddy.
This girl knows how to PLAY. She loves fetch (bringing the ball all the way back is a work in progress, but her enthusiasm makes up for it), loves her toys, is a pro at puzzle toys and feeders, and enjoys a good run. Once she’s gotten her zoomies out though, she’s more than ready to curl up on the couch to recharge, and will happily hang out for a lazy day of binging Netflix.
She’s working really hard on house training, and as long as she gets out every couple hours during the day she’s rock solid. We’re slowly increasing the time between potty breaks and it’s been going well. Need to leave for a while? She’ll crate 4-5 hours no problem and keep herself busy with a lick mat or kong. Right now, much more than that is still just a bit too big of an ask, but I have no doubt she could get there with a bit of consistency and time. She loves her beauty rest, consistently sleeping through the night curled up in bed with her people.
Sweetie would be a phenomenal sidekick for anyone, she’s incredibly adaptable and ready to find her forever besties!
