Meet **Valley** — a brave little survivor now searching for the safety, stability, and love she’s deserved all along.
For more than *seven weeks*, Valley lived outdoors, roaming Campbell, Los Gatos, and South San Jose. Many kind people tried to help her, but she was too scared to get close. With community teamwork and the help of a professional trapper, Valley was finally secured safely on November 1st.
She wasn’t microchipped and no one came forward, so once her stray hold ended, **One Planet Rescue** stepped up to give her the second chance she needed. â¨
Valley is now in a loving foster home and making incredible progress. What started as fear and hiding has slowly transformed into trust — she now seeks affection, takes comfort in her people, and has even fallen asleep in her foster’s lap.
Some amazing things about Valley:
**Zero accidents indoors** — she clearly had a home at some point
**Dog-friendly** — she adores her foster dog sibling
**Soft, gentle temperament**
**Smart, resilient, and learning quickly**
Because she feels safest with another confident dog by her side, Valley is hoping for a home with another friendly dog to help guide her as she continues to bloom.
She’s ideally looking for a **foster-to-adopt home** — someone patient, kind, and willing to move at her pace.
If Valley’s story speaks to you and you’d like to help her write her next chapter, please reach out to **One Planet Rescue** or better yet, fill out this application: www.tinyurl.com/AdoptMeNow
This little girl has already survived so much — now she just needs her person.
