Hi! My name is Calan, and I’m a tiny black panther-in-training with a big heart and even bigger purrs. I might be a little shy when we first meet, new humans can be a lot for a small guy like me! But don’t worry… give me a little time, a gentle voice, and maybe a toy or two, and I warm up fast. Once I know you’re my friend, I become very, very loving. I’ll follow you around, curl up in your lap, and purr like a tiny motorboat. I absolutely adore playing! Toys are my favorite, crinkly ones, feathery ones, zoomy ones, you name it. I also love wrestling and zooming around with my foster siblings. After playtime, I’m all about cuddles, soft blankets, and comfy beds where I can snuggle in and make biscuits.
Because I’m such a social little guy, I must be adopted with one of my foster siblings or go to a home that already has another cat. Kitties do so much better in pairs, and I’m happiest when I have a feline friend to keep me company, play with, and curl up next to.
I may start off shy, but I promise I’m worth every second of patience. I’m sweet, silly, loving, and just an all-around wonderful kitten. If you’re looking for a little shadow to love you endlessly, I might just be your guy.

I am fully vetted: neutered, microchipped, FIV&FeLV negative, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations. I require an indoor only home and as with all cats - absolutely no declawing.

Since Furball Farm gives many cats forever homes they are always in need of Scoopable cat Litter, canned cat food, and cleaning supplies. Items purchased at PetSmart in Faribault can be left at the store and they will contact us for pick up. We appreciate any help we can get and so do the cats!!! Thank you!!

Our goal is to be a sanctuary for cats who are not adoptable and to find loving homes for those who are. We welcome you to visit our sanctuary to snuggle with our furballs. You may even end up going home with one...or two!!!
You always need to remember our cats come with baggage. Lots of them were treated badly by people and it has taken time for them to trust us. They may need to come out of their shells once you adopt them. You need to give them time to see you are not going to hurt them. We love our Furballs and want good homes for all of them. Please remember it is all about the cats for us.
We only adopt out our Furballs to people within 2-3 hours of our sanctuary because of the baggage they come with. This does not include some of the cats in foster care (contact their foster parents for more information).
