This helps Carolina Coonhound Rescue with pet care costs.
Our girl Reba has two speeds – full throttle to parked and idle. You do you girl!
You can either find her following her nose around the yard making sure everyone can hear her or passed out on the couch. She is curious and cautious and one of her favorite activities is collecting shoes. She doesn’t chew them, just likes them close. And when she’s not finding these treasures, she loves playing with her new canine friend in her foster home.
Reba is shy and gets scared easily from any sudden noises but is opening up. She is learning what it's like to be loved and has an amazing hound howl. While she does have chemical burn scars down her back, we think she is an absolute beauty!
**This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment.
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application. We do allow out of state adoptions and any transport costs are at the expense of the adopter. If you have further questions about this dog, please email us at ccradopt@gmail.com and someone will be in touch as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to hold dogs for adopters as this ties up valuable foster homes.
Please understand that we are an all volunteer group and we have jobs outside of this organization. We do our best to provide quick responses but occasionally they are a little slower. If you do not receive a response in 48 hours, please resend to make sure it's received.
