This sweet boy is looking to be someone's loving and loyal sidekick! In his foster home, Rafa lives with three dogs, and his gentle nature shines through. He is submissive and gets along remarkably well with all dogs, even an aggressive chihuahua, which speaks volumes about his character.
This handsome sweetheart is simply yearning for love—he adores cuddling and thrives on affection in the form of pets and ear rubs. His gentle disposition seems to indicate he would be fantastic with children as well. He’s patient and a little timid, always mindful to stay out of the way and avoid bothering anyone in the household. He loves to go on walks, and he knows how to Sit and Shake. He is the best big boy! He’s also working on crate-training, but he prefers a nice cuddle in bed.
Rafa is truly a lovable bear and wants nothing more than a wonderful forever home where he can shower his new family with love and companionship! Rafa is heartworm positive, but it doesn't stop him from being a playful cuddle bug (he is currently on the Moxi-Doxy heartworm treatment protocol).
