Cardigan’s adoption fee is $550. She is estimated to have been born in September 2025 and weighed 15.8lbs on 11/20/25. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.
Upon adoption, Forgotten Dogs Rescue requires all puppies under a year of age to be enrolled in puppy classes. Ask us about our recommendations and requirements for positive reinforcement training options!
