Meet Kamilla!
Sweet Miss Kami is ready to find her forever home. Kamilla is a slender hound mix with an estimated birthday of 07/01/2023. We met Kamilla in what was (hopefully) the lowest point of her life, her and her siblings were found in abhorrent condition. At a healthy weight, they should have weighed in at least 45lbs, but the heaviest of the group was less than 30lbs. Not only were they skin and bones, but there were covered in pressure sores and what we can only guess was their own filth. These babies were rightfully terrified, but thankfully they allowed us to take them in, clean them up, and give them consistent meals for probably the first time in their lives. Although we think they could each still gain a few more pounds, Kamilla and her family are now practically completely different dogs. Kamilla has turned into a massive social butterfly, everyone she meets is bound to be her new best friend. Kami loves to run around and play in our playyards, so a home with a lot of room to run is her dream. Kamilla does well with other dogs, but as always we require a meet and greet prior to adoption. The key to her heart will probably always be a bowl of food or a tasty treat, this girl acts like she has a bottomless stomach.
Kamilla is fully vetted and microchipped but not yet spayed. Her adoption fee is $175 + a refundable $75 spay deposit.
