My name is Missy!

Missy, aka Miss Trudy, showed up on a kind persons doorstep looking for a place to stay. She very clearly did not want to be outside and kept trying to go into their apartment any chance she got. They let her live on their porch while they searched for her owners but no one knew anything about the small sweet cat who wandered the apartment complex. Luckily, her finder (a fellow cat enthusiast) asked for help from the community and reached an AVAP foster down the road from the complex. Now Missy lives inside and is loving every second. She is a true lap kitty (she wants to be on your lap all the time) and loves to be kissed on the head. Though she is small, she has the loudest purrs and makes so many biscuits. We don't know how such tiny paws can make so many! She has a beautiful tortoiseshell coat with little white mittens on all 4 paws. Her favorite toy is a feather wand and crinkly cat bag. When she is not in your lap, she is probably just resting on a soft plushy surface (blanket, pillow, etc.)  

She would do best in a home as an only cat as she does not enjoy sharing her humans attention. Though she doesn't necessarily get along with other kitties, she does really well with dogs! She is not afraid to be around them & stands her ground if she needs to. She much prefers the company of a human & dog.
